Dual Enrollment for 2025-2026:

We hope you were able to join our virtual Dual Enrollment Information Presentation last week! We explained the process that is required for students to participate and all the details of the program. Georgia's Dual Enrollment program allows high school students (10th - 12th grade) to earn college credit while working towards their high school diploma. A recording of the presentation and all available resources will be posted on https://ChattahoocheeDE.weebly.com.

The Dual Enrollment Interest Form is available on the weebly listed above, and students must complete that first before they are added to the DE Canvas which is where all steps and directions are posted.

Dual Enrollment Help Sessions -- students only may drop in at the times below. Students are expected to have watched the entire Dual Enrollment Information Presentation prior to attending help sessions -- see the DE website listed above.

One-to-One Student Meetings:

We finished our first week of one-to-one student meetings, and they will wrap up next week on Friday 21st. This is for all 9th-11th graders to come with their English classes to the Media Center on an assigned day to meet individually with their counselor, review their teachers' course recommendations for the 2025-2026 school year, and request changes to their courses. Any 9th to 11th grader who is not in a face-to-face English class at Chattahoochee HS will be called in by their counselor during this time as well.

At the end of next week, an email blast will be sent out directly to parents with electronic links to book quick 10-minute virtual meetings with the counselors if you have any final questions about your students' courses for next year. Be on the lookout for that email in your inbox!
